The firm of Francis C. Klein and Associates
specializes in architectural
design and planning for residential, commercial, industrial, health service, and institutional clients,
primarily in the greater New York area. Mr. Klein has been involved in the design of social service agencies,
parks buildings, places of worship, factories, warehouses, stores, offices and homes. His architectural
services include feasibility studies, site selection, cost analysis, planning and building design. Mr. Klein
is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is a licensed architect and planner in New Jersey and
New York. He is also LEEDŽ certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the U.S. Green
Building Council.
