We designed this “dream house” in Bergen County, NJ, for a museum curator and her husband who wanted to showcase their collection of art and antiques. The house was featured in New Jersey Monthly, where it was praised for “combining the best of contemporary architectural design with the spirit of the Italian Renaissance… at once monumental and livable.” The article explained how the clients played “an integral part of the process… resulting in a house that is firmly rooted in the twentieth century, while embracing the wisdom culled from centuries of classical design.”
