This Upper West Side brownstone, circa 1882, was extensively remodeled when we were asked to combine the two main floors of one brownstone with a second complete brownstone next door. The project also included a rooftop penthouse addition and a complete interior remodeling. Located in the Central Park West historic district, we were required to work extensively with the City of New York to gain historic board approval.
